Understanding your account settings

"Settings" consolidates account-related settings. It allows you to do the following:

On the "Account" page, you can:

  • Customize your account name
  • Update your account's time zone which is used on the dashboard. 
    • Note - All profile computations are time zone agnostic, however, the dashboard has precomputed data in it.

On the "Subscription" page, you can:

On the "Outbound connections" page, you can:

  • Add Outbound Connections / Data Sources which include:
    • HubSpot
    • Marketo
  • Reload your historical data
    • Note - This is not recommended without opening a support ticket
  • Test your outbound connection(s) to ensure everything is correctly connected
  • Edit the number of API calls the system can use with Marketo

On the "Manage users" page, you can:
